Snowy winter of 2009/2010

The amount of snow this winter was a big challenge for property managers.

Observations of our clients about SIA “Namu apsaimniekošana”:

Upeņu 15-53C: Thank you for perfect cleaning of the snow in front of our house, the parking lots are free of snow. I am very pleased that we have the cleanest courtyard in Riga!

Hello!

I wanted to express appreciation to those 2 workers that in early morning in territory of Jurmalas gatve 100 were cleaning sidewalks as well as helping to clean cars of snow at the parking lot - by scooping the snow in front of car and helping to push the car out of snow.

Thanks to the boys and to service of property management! It is good to know that daily work is provided by professional in this business area.

When talking to my colleagues basically I was the only one who could be proud of work of property manager.

I wanted to say thank you to manager of Šķirotava MKP!

Yesterday in the morning after the snowstorm all the area was cleaned in excellent condition.

During the day the roof was cleaned, icicles removed and additionally strewed the area in the places where it was necessary.

Today the work still continues.
